The mysteries of God’s kingdom are revealed through the stories Jesus told. In the Gospels, parables play a central role to Jesus’ earthly ministry. But what do they mean? How do we understand and apply them to our life? In this 5-week course, Steve Blake will survey through the parables, offer key interpretative tools, and provide hands on experience with the text. Sign up today to join us in person or online on Sunday evenings, February 7th–March 7th from 6:00-7:30pm!

At Riverview, small groups are integral to our goal of glorifying God by developing mature followers of Jesus Christ through the power of his Word. We aren’t a church that happens to have small groups; we are a small-group-driven church that prioritizes the community that small groups foster. Our corporate time of worship on Sunday is essential, but often deeper growth takes place in the context of life-on-life relationships. Our small groups are a place to serve, to grow, and to build meaningful friendships around the Word. Click here to find a small group that works for you.

Gentle and Lowly - The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers
Christians know what Jesus Christ has done—but who is he? What is his deepest heart for his people, weary and faltering on their journey toward heaven? Jesus said he is “gentle and lowly in heart.” This book reflects on these words, opening up a neglected yet central truth about who he is for sinners and sufferers today.
